The 5th Annual Southeastern Parkinson Disease Conference

Description: Will be held on October 15 - 17, 2010 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. As always, we are looking for exciting ideas for conference sessions. Proposals for sessions will be accepted until February 1st and a decision on sessions/faculty members will be announce no later than March 1st.

To submit a proposal please include the following:

Your Name & Contact Information
A brief BIO
Proposed Session Title
Session Outline or description
- If you and your session idea are selected:
- Be prepared to attend the full SPDC
  We will provide conference registration, hotel accommodations (3 - 4 nights), meals during the conference and up to $500.00 travel expense
  I'm looking forward to reviewing your submissions.
